Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are and Perty’s role
This website is operated by PerTy.Shop LLC, LLC, Rr. Ali Vitia, Administrata Building, Floor III, No. 3-1, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo, registration/NUI 812360189, VAT No. 330676778 (“Perty”, “we”, “us”). Perty is an online marketplace: it presents gifts and services offered by independent local partners and facilitates ordering and payment. The gift itself is produced and delivered by the partner. Contact: hello@perty.shop, 049 737 890.
2. Formation of the contract
By placing an order and completing payment you make an offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.
4. Delivery and passing of risk
Delivery is carried out by the local partner to the recipient and address you provide, on the requested date where available. It is your responsibility to provide correct recipient details. Risk passes on delivery to the recipient.
5. Vouchers and gift cards
Vouchers are valid for a minimum of 3 months (depending on the product/sector) from the date of purchase, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be reloaded unless stated.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. This right does not apply to perishable goods (flowers, patisserie, food), personalised or custom-made items, redeemed vouchers, or services already performed with your consent. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to exercise it.
7. Complaints and liability
If something goes wrong with your order, contact us at hello@perty.shop. We coordinate with the partner to provide a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where the consumer resides remain unaffected. Disputes are resolved under the law of the Republic of Kosovo. EU consumers keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of residence.
